JEANNE MASTERS, B.S., CPE

Chief Executive Officer

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY HIGHLIGHTS

Serves as President of the Corporation and is the Chief Executive Officer. She has the general management of the Corporation business.  Duties include authorizing proposals and contracts to perform services. Ms. Masters is an experienced educator and investigator who is licensed and certified as a polygraph examiner in Texas. She is a member of both the Texas Association of Polygraph Examiners and the American Association of Polygraph Examiners. She is also certified to do sex offender testing.

Duties include interviewing examinees, preparing polygraph questions, performing polygraph exams, scoring charts, determining results, then reviewing results with examinee, and writing reports for the client.

Functioned as the Manager of Investigations under the Texas Security Commission for the Business Investigations Center. Directed specific investigations and personnel clearances inquiries for attorneys and client companies.

Duties included surveillance, audio and videotaping; undercover operations with suspect interactions, process service, background checks, and courthouse research. Preparing accurate verbal and written reports.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY HIGHLIGHTS

Advises IQM Inc., Corporate Board of Directors and provides guidance about testing techniques. Mr. Barrera is bi-lingual and administers examinations in Spanish. He is available to travel anywhere in the state by special arrangement to administer examination. He is a member of Texas Association of Polygraph Examiners.

Director of Clinical Polygraph Services

Administers polygraph examinations in a clinical setting for Treatment Providers, Probation Officers, and Parole Officers. He also supports other agencies when they need a Spanish speaking examiner. His work specializes in dealing with sex offenders.

Correctional Treatment Case Manager

Responsible for “Intake Screening”, creating case management files, reviewing custody classification status, supervising plans for preparing the inmate for transition into the community.

Supervised groups of inmates in the residential Drug Abuse Treatment program. Provided group and individual counseling to inmates with Drug Abuse problem by utilizing Therapeutic and Didactic tools.

Retired President and now elected member of the IQM Board of Directors. He serves as needed in the area of planning and proposal making and Quality Assurance. He maintains his license as a certified polygraph examiner. Duties include reviewing reports for quality control, making marketing presentations, preparing proposals and drafting contracts to perform services.

Ft. Worth and Corpus Christi, TX

Served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, the Polygraph Science Center And Business Investigations Center. He was a former law enforcement officer at the municipal, state and federal levels. On retirement he became a licensed investigator and a Texas licensed and certified polygraph examiner. Duties included preparing proposals and contracts to perform services within the realm of corporate capabilities.

Security Chief/Inspector – RIV (Ret)
UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION, Arlington, TX

Had oversight of the security at the Nuclear Power Reactors in the western part of the United States. Supervised an inspection team charged with investigating the effectiveness of physical and personnel security procedures at the power plants. Made enforcement cases related to violations of regulations that endangered the health and safety of the public.
