LOCATED IN GRAPEVINE IN THE DALLAS-FORT WORTH METROPLEX
IQM INC. is the corporate name and Polygraph Science Center is a registered DBA. The primary office and lab are in the heart of the Dallas – Ft. Worth Metroplex to service clients from the North Texas region. It is at the convergence of Highways 26, 114, 121, 360 and 635. It is also near the north entrance to the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport.
The address is:
1701 W. Northwest Highway, Suite 100,
Grapevine, Texas 76051
We work by appointment only and have contracts with Public Safety Agencies who have priority. The Polygraph Science Center is selective about the cases accepted. We do service corporations, attorneys, counselors and in some cases individuals. However, the client and case must meet standards considered to be suitable for examination. In some cases a referral may be made to an attorney, counselor or investigative personnel for additional options. In every case, we make an effort to provide sound counsel to any person making an inquiry. Please contact us for consultation at the corporate phone number: 817-691-4185. If an examiner is not available for the phone you can leave a text or voice message, or send an email to email@example.com.
Service is usually arranged through any of the following depending on the circumstances:
- Lawyers and counselors assisting clients;
- Government agents, law enforcement and private security firms conducting investigations;
- Corporations dealing with internal events or crimes;
- Individuals seeking to validate an expression of truth.
If you are a government entity, we honor the Joint Government Purchasing Agreement, since we are under contract to several counties and cities. We also welcome the opportunity to bid on your pre-employment polygraph requirement. You are welcome to use our standardized question and reporting format.
We can travel to a region on a scheduled contractual basis to conduct pre-employment examinations or to assist investigators. We do have experience with helping in both Internal Affairs cases and with the resolution of sensitive matters within the Public Sector but outside of Public Safety Agencies.
We can make special arrangement for our Spanish speaking examiner to handle your case anywhere in the state on a cost reimbursable basis.

Soy fluido en hablar, y escribir el Español y viajaré a su lugar. Actualmente, en las areas de Dallas/Fort Worth, cobro $1,200.00 dólares, más gastos de viaje.”
OTHER LOCATIONS IN TEXAS
The Polygraph Science Center’s experienced and licensed examiners will travel to locations within the State of Texas for situations involving several people. A bi-lingual (Spanish-English) is available at a premium rate. There is a fixed rate per examination plus travel and time costs for traveling assignments. If the client does not have a suitable testing facility available, space can be leased locally. For example, almost every county has a small airport with an operations office. Our equipment is mobile. The examination can even be video-taped if required. Our examiners can come out of Ft. Worth or Corpus Christi.
OUT OF STATE IS NOT OUT OF MIND
The Grapevine, Texas polygraph lab is located in close proximity to the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport. We do receive individual examinees from remote locations in the state and from out of State as well. International travelers are also welcome. We routinely receive applicants for sensitive positions, or situations, from distant locations for examination. Accommodation arrangements can be arranged and invoiced to the client.
We can travel to you, on an expense reimbursable basis, if a license is not required. We can also travel to areas in the Caribbean to conduct examinations but the client must clear the local government requirements and arrange a visa.
Many States have licensing requirements for polygraph examiners. We belong to a network of professional polygraph examiners so if you are in another state and require a proven professional, we may be able to make arrangements with a reputable local examiner who is in our network.
